Transparent Reporting for Informed Investment Decisions

About DriveHub App

We started in 2021 when a small team of financial analysts realized investors needed clearer reporting. Not flashy dashboards or complicated jargon. Just honest data they could actually use to make decisions.

How We Got Here

Back then, our founder was working with investment groups in Bangkok who kept complaining about the same thing. They'd get reports full of charts and numbers, but couldn't figure out what mattered. Meetings would stretch for hours trying to decode what should've been simple.

So we built something different. A reporting tool that speaks plain language. One that shows you performance trends without making you hunt through spreadsheets. We tested it with fifteen investment firms throughout 2022, refined based on what actually helped them, and launched publicly in early 2023.

Now we work with over 200 investment groups across Thailand. Some manage property portfolios, others handle equity funds. What they share is a need for financial clarity without the noise.

What Guides Our Work

These aren't corporate values we printed on posters. They're principles that shape how we build and support our platform every day.

Clarity First

Financial data gets messy fast. We obsess over making complex information understandable. If an investor can't grasp their portfolio status in under three minutes, we've failed.

Real Support

When you contact us, you get actual people who know the platform inside out. No chatbots, no ticket systems that go nowhere. Our average response time in 2025 has been under two hours.

Honest Limits

We're good at financial reporting for investors. We're not trying to be a complete accounting suite or portfolio management system. Knowing what we don't do helps us excel at what we do.

Who Builds This

Our team of twelve works from offices in Ayutthaya. Most of us have backgrounds in finance or data analysis. A few came from development roles at fintech companies. What brought us together was frustration with overcomplicated financial tools.

How We Approach Financial Reporting

Every quarter, we sit down with a handful of clients and ask what's not working. Sometimes it's a report that takes too many clicks to generate. Other times it's data that's accurate but presented in a confusing way.

We take that feedback seriously. Our development cycle runs in six-week sprints, and we dedicate at least one sprint per quarter exclusively to client-requested improvements. Not everything makes it into the platform, but everything gets considered.

  • Direct input from active investors shapes our feature roadmap
  • Regular testing with real portfolios before any release
  • Documentation written by people who actually use finance tools
  • Support team trained on both the platform and investment fundamentals
